Mary Koppinger
Office Manager
Mary has been with Mid-State Claims Service since 2001. She provides excellent organizational, and communication skills and is often called upon to provide information, and otherwise offer assistance when claims staff is not available. During periods of increased assignment activity, such as the hail storms of 2001 and 2005, Mary has supervised the temporary staff that was needed to support the handling of the large volume of assignments. Please feel free to contact Mary with any questions regarding the status of claims or to present instructions for the handling of new assignments.

Paul has been co-owner of Mid-State Claims Service, Inc. since it was formed in 1989. Previously he was with Cahill Adjustment (1980-1989), and NoDak Claims Service (1976-1980). He graduated from Mary College in 1976 with a degree in Social Sciences. Paul is skilled in the appraisal of automobile and property damage and has attended several training sessions associated with estimating. Clients of Mid-State Claims Service, Inc. appreciate the effort Paul makes to handle all types of assignments with a emphasis on fair evaluations and the timely reporting of the completed task.

Michael has been co-owner of Mid-State Claims Service, Inc. since it was formed in 1989. Previously he was with Cahill Adjustment (1986-1989), and Dakota Fire Insurance Company (EMC) (1982-1986). He graduated from Moorhead State University in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration. Michael is a licensed private investigator in North Dakota and is also licensed in Minnesota as a multi-line independent adjuster. Over the years Mike has handled many difficult and unique claims assignments. Assignments have frequently been handled by Michael that involved significant travel and he has even provided his videographer skills in Germany. In addition to working for insurance companies Michael has been fortunate to have gained the trust and respect of many attorneys in the area as he regularly provides investigation services to law firms.
