Investigation assignments are supervised by Michael A. Deisz. Deisz is a  licensed private investigator in the state of North Dakota.

Investigation clients include local defense attorneys, self-insureds, and Property and Casualty Insurance Companies.  Assignments can be completed in any area of North Dakota.  Assignments outside of North Dakota can be completed after verifying compliance with applicable guidelines and requirements for each location.

Mid-State Claims Service has acquired and maintains an up to date inventory of equipment which allows them to complete a variety of investigation activities including surveillance.
